Job summary

Technology Automation & Management (TeAM), Inc. seeks a Cyber Security Engineer II (Senior) to lead CSSP alignment for Mission Delta 6. You will collaborate with government owners, engineers, and stakeholders to implement secure, phased cyber operations and deployment plans.

The role requires senior-level cybersecurity architecture expertise, advanced DoD-focused credentials, and a track record of delivering assessment, planning, and governance artifacts in complex missions.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of cybersecurity engineering/architecture experience.
• Experience leading complex CSSP alignment and integration efforts.
• Proven ability to develop plans, roadmaps, test plans, and risk registers.
• Ability to coordinate working groups with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication of technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSSP alignment activities for Mission Delta 6 and coordinate with system owners.
• Develop deployment priorities, schedules, roadmaps, and dependencies.
• Draft and maintain SLAs for cybersecurity service expectations.
• Plan CSSP Working Group meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
• Provide status reports and briefings on progress, risks, and decisions needed.
• Ensure compliance with government directions, procedures, and security requirements.
• Maintain complete program documentation and incident-ready artifacts.
