Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current LCSW, LPC, or equivalent clinical license in the State of Texas.
• 3–5 years of experience in case management, behavioral health, or supportive housing, including supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSS program overseeing Case Management, Adult Clinical Services, and Youth Development Programs.
• Oversee contracted providers and ensure quality and alignment with program goals.
• Track and analyze program data, monitor outcomes, and prepare impact reports.
• Collaborate with property management, Learning Center leadership, and internal teams to coordinate resident support.
• Build partnerships with behavioral health providers, community agencies, and local organizations.
• Represent Foundation Communities at meetings, coalitions, and community events related to resident services and behavioral health.
• Provide leadership and supervision for the CSS Case Management team and staff development.
