The Gund Company seeks an organized CSR - Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our Cedar Lake, IN facility. This full-time role handles quotes, orders, and delivery coordination, ensuring customer requirements are met. Shift: First, 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Pay starts around $64,000+ based on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have ERP/CRM experience and strong cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from quoting to delivery and ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Sales and Management to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM and provide timely quotes and acknowledgements.
• Assist with RMAs, inventory, and process improvements as needed.
• Support cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experience.

Job Summary CSR - Order Fulfillment Specialist

The CSR - Order Fulfillment Specialist manages the customer order process from quoting through delivery, ensuring customer requirements are understood and expectations are met. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and works closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, Sales, and Management to provide solutions, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Essential Job Functions CSR - Order Fulfillment Specialist

• Manage multiple customer accounts, build strong relationships, understand customer requirements, and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Prepare quotes and order acknowledgements, follow up on open quotes, and maintain accurate customer, quote, and order information in ERP and CRM systems.
• Provide solutions related to materials, applications, pricing, cost reduction, lead times, and value-added services while partnering with estimating and sales to remain competitive.
• Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams, monitor orders through completion, and review job cost and gross profit performance.
• Manage customer inventory requirements and assist with RMAs, nonconforming material issues, customer complaints, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Technical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing, materials, and product applications; experience in a job shop, machining, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to work across departments and contribute to or lead process improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements
