Responsibilities

• Contact patients to verify monthly supply reorder needs.
• Create and process monthly resupply sales orders.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, insurance coverage, and reorder eligibility.
• Request and obtain required documentation for insurance coverage and renewals.
• Obtain prior authorizations when needed.
• Enter and maintain accurate order information in the Brightree system.
• Coordinate timely order completion and submission to shipping and billing departments.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, suppliers, and internal team members.
• Assist with annual documentation updates required by insurance providers and company policies.
• Provide backup support for other Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Participate in training programs, process improvement initiatives, and special projects.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred; healthcare, medical office, billing, or insurance experience is a plus.
• Medical terminology knowledge helpful but not required.
• Experience with Brightree software preferred; training will be provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering data and processing orders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to learn medical products, insurance requirements, and Medicare guidelines.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Strong computer proficiency and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and highly motivated.
