Job summary

You will prepare quotes and orders, coordinate with customers and vendors, maintain records, and stay current on products.

• Serve as a trusted resource for product, application, availability, pricing, and credit inquiries
• Recommend technical sealing solutions for aerospace, defense, and government applications
• Prepare accurate quotes, bids, and orders for mission-critical components
• Coordinate with customers and vendors and provide timely updates on orders, delivery, warranties, and service
• Build strong, long-term customer and vendor relationships through responsive, reliable support
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory records in Oracle and internal systems
• Stay current on products and technologies to provide informed recommendations
• Communicate customer feedback and quality concerns to support continuous product and process improvement
• Follow established procedures and promote a safe, clean, and compliant workplace
