Job summary

Fred Loya Insurance Agency in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to sell new auto insurance policies, renewals, and service existing policies while marketing for new business.

• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Support marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintain an organized work area and office.
• FNOLs (vehicle inspections) and vehicle photos as required.
• Bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Position is full time.

• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOL’s (vehicle inspections)
• Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Bank run deposits
• Position is full time
