Champion Brands Inc. is seeking a Customer Service District Manager to oversee and coach merchandisers, hire and train staff, and drive efficient merchandising and routing in the Jacksonville area.

The role emphasizes resolving customer requests, improving service levels, and maintaining strong retailer relationships. The position requires leadership, a valid FL driver’s license, and the ability to manage schedules and investigate service issues while upholding company values and community

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 20–45 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid Florida driver’s license is required.
• Reliable automobile transportation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the work of assigned personnel.
• Coach and support all assigned personnel, including hiring, training, evaluation, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
• Promote policies and maintain a positive work environment; lead by example.
• Plan, develop, recommend, and implement changes to the merchandising process.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify trends, and develop solutions.
• Create weekly schedules for merchandisers and approve timesheets weekly.
• Regularly review routes for inefficiencies and adjust to ensure timely service and quality execution.
• Inspect and audit accounts for product rotation, inventory, and availability.
• Complete regular CSR surveys to assess service levels.
