Job summary

PatchitUP Drywall in Houston is seeking a motivated CSR and Dispatcher to manage schedules and dispatch technicians, while maintaining clear, proactive communication with customers and team members.

You will work in-office with the option for remote work, using ServiceTitan to streamline operations, and you will thrive on fast responses, accurate scheduling, and collaboration in a growing drywall business.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.

• Use ServiceTitan to manage schedules and dispatch technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management.
• Handle customer calls for scheduling, rescheduling, and job coordination.
• Manage time-keeping for technicians and booking rates.
• Follow up on unsold estimates and solicit reviews of technician performance.
• Monitor lead quality and request lead credits when necessary.
• Ensure rapid response to leads within 5 minutes.
• Work hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.
• In-office, with the option for remote work.

At PatchitUP Drywall, we pride ourselves on our positive culture, dedication to being the BEST, and desire for expansion. We're looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a B.E.S.T. Representative, commonly referred to as a CSR and Dispatcher.

Responsibilities

• Use ServiceTitan software to manage schedules and dispatch technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management.
• Handle customer calls for scheduling, rescheduling, and job coordination.
• Manage time-keeping for technicians, technicians jobs, and maintain an above-average booking rate.
• Follow up on unsold estimates and completed work, and solicit reviews of technician performance.
• Monitor lead quality. Request lead credits when necessary.
• Ensure rapid response to leads within 5 minutes.
• Work hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (occasionally until 6:00 pm), Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.
• In-office, with the option for remote work.

Requirements

• Preferred experience with ServiceTitan software.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience in scheduling and dispatching for a home service company is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Self-starter, motivated, and a doer.
