Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Morgantown, WV. This hourly position supports fast, friendly customer service and involves a wide range of store duties, from stocking and cleaning to cash handling and basic computer work.

The CSR will interact with customers and fellow staff, stand for long periods, and be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Schedule is determined by the General Manager and may be full-time or part-time.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations for store forms.
• Experience or ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Ability to provide fast, friendly service and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
• Be able to work and stand for up to eight hours.
• Read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds on a shift.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Tolerate exposure to cleaning products and sanitizing solutions.
• Clean windows and change gas price signs.
• Sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, remove trash, and place bins outside.
• Clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Enter and work in a cooler up to 45 minutes at 36-40°F.
• Enter and work in freezer up to 10 minutes at 0°F.
• Learn and work on a computer.

Primary Purpose of Job:The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.B. Duties and responsibilities for this position:• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.• Be able to work and stand for up to eight hours.• Be able to read, understand, write, and communicate in the English language.• Be able to perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms.• Be able to check identification and pricing of merchandise.• Be able to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds, carry milk cartons, bag-in-the-box soft drink containers, etc. several times a shift.• Be able to stock shelves and coolers.• Be able to retrieve merchandise for customers.• Be able to tolerate exposure to cleaning products and sanitizing solutions.• Be able to clean all windows and change gas price signs.• Be able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, remove and transport trash containers placing them in outside bin.• Be able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the store.• Be able to enter and work in a cooler up to 45 minutes at a time, with temperatures of 36-40 degrees.• Be able to enter and work in freezer up to 10 minutes at a time, at a temperature of 0 degrees.• Have the ability to learn and work on a computer.Work HoursThe CSR Position is an hourly position. The work schedule for the position will be the responsibility of the General Manager. There are no guaranteed number of hours per week. This position could be full or part-time. This position requires availability to work on any scheduled shift.Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
