Job summary

Space Systems Integration in Colorado Springs seeks a Commercial Solutions Opening Integrator to bridge DoD programs with commercial solutions. You will track CSO-selected solutions through assessment, prototyping, testing, maturation, transition, and production, coordinating technical and programmatic activities to integrate capabilities into existing programs and environments.

Required: 14+ years with a Bachelor’s, 12+ with a Master’s, or 10+ with a PhD in systems engineering or related

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years, or Master’s with 12+ years, or PhD with 10+ years in relevant DoD-related fields.
Knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks, program management, systems engineering, and software/hardware integration practices.
Experience integrating software, data, or related operational capabilities into existing software systems or Programs of Record.
Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools, including Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Track CSO lifecycle from initial selection through prototyping, testing, transition, and production.
Develop and maintain solution-level integration roadmaps, schedules, risks, and transition actions.
