Job summary

Community Resources For Justice, Inc. seeks a CSMA Trainer to supervise delivery of high-quality residential and shared living services and to train staff across Massachusetts.

You will support a culture of operational excellence and lead on-going staff development in PBS and related curricula. Responsibilities include delivering training, coaching staff, ensuring proper documentation, and participating in routine meetings to drive program improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential treatment or community-based group homes.
• Ability to conduct training and develop staff.
• Excellent writing and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of trainings for staff across Community Strategies of Massachusetts.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff and managers.
• Lead and supervise quality compliance reviews and record-keeping.
• Deliver PBS and PABC training to employees and ensure recertification.
• Support data collection and documentation training and improve accuracy.
