Job summary

Community Resources for Justice is seeking a Clinician within CSMA to support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs. You will deliver clinical services using Positive Behavior Supports, collaborate with CSMA teams, and develop behavior support and therapy plans.

The role emphasizes training direct care staff, data tracking, and coordinating with families and state agencies.

Responsibilities

Actively participate as a dynamic member of a support team to plan, develop and implement services.
Develop and maintain individualized Positive Behavior Supports Plans (PBS) based on PBS principles.
Develop and maintain Psychotropic Medication Treatment Plans and augmentation procedures based on documentation and psychiatric input.
Maintain current approvals of PBS plans and other clinical documentation by committees and team members.
Communicate effectively with families, guardians, and state agencies concerning clinical concerns and progress.
Provide crisis management consultation and emergency procedures on-call.
