PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and staff growth. The role requires active licensure or BCaBA certification and will involve leading cross‑regional teams while maintaining rigorous clinical standards.

Overview

Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Required Credentials: Program Managers must hold active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher. Additional state specific credentials may be required depending on service location.
