The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable CSMA Technical Trainer to support statewide customer service operations. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering high‑quality training programs for employees across Customer Service Centers, the Contact Center, and Leveraged Services. The trainer provides classroom, virtual, and hybrid instruction on DMV policies, products, services, and performance‑related topics, ensuring staff are equipped to deliver consistent, exceptional customer service.
THIS POSITION WILL BE HOUSED OUT OF THE WEST HENRICO CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER.
The CSMA Technical Trainer evaluates curriculum effectiveness, incorporates feedback, and adapts training content to meet evolving organizational needs. By supporting employee development and reinforcing compliance with state and federal regulations, this position plays a key role in advancing CSMA’s mission of operational excellence, innovation, and enhanced customer experience.
