Job summary

Intrepid seeks an experienced VDI Engineer to design, implement, and sustain CSfC-based VDI solutions for DoD classified environments. You will lead CSfC architecture decisions, configure VPN/IPsec, firewalls, and Horizon components, and ensure compliance with DoD baselines.

The role requires strong VMware Horizon administration, PowerShell scripting, RMF awareness, and collaboration with cybersecurity and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Design and sustain NSA CSfC solutions for DoD classified networks.
• Experience with two independent layers of commercial encryption for CSfC.
• Strong VMware Horizon and vCenter administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, implement, configure and sustain CSfC solutions.
• Configure VPN gateways, IPsec tunnels, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
• Maintain CSfC documentation and compliance baselines.
• Provide Tier III engineering support for VDI incidents and issues.
• Develop scripts to automate VDI tasks and monitoring.
