National Youth Advocate Program is seeking a qualified professional to support family facilitation, mediation, and planning across Jackson, Roane, Wirt, and Calhoun counties. This role emphasizes trauma-informed approaches and strengths-based planning to serve youth and families within a wraparound framework.
Responsibilities include collaboration with diverse stakeholders, applying CANS/CBP-informed strategies, and ensuring services align with agency mission.
Under the general supervision of the Program Director, this position provides the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks related to family facilitation, mediation, conflict resolution, assessment, and planning. CSED staff have training in but are not limited to: Trauma‑Focused CBT, CANS, and CAPS certified, facilitation and team building, Wraparound Model, System of Care "Ladder of Learning", family engagement, specialized training to meet the needs of the wraparound population, and 10 Key Principles of Wraparound. This position covers Jackson, Roane, Wirt, and Calhoun counties.
