Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program in Vienna, WV is seeking an experienced CSED Wraparound Facilitator to support families across Jackson, Roane, Wirt, and Calhoun counties under the supervision of the Program Director.

You will facilitate family mediation, conduct strengths-based assessments, and help plan and coordinate care using Wraparound principles and trauma-informed approaches. A 4-year degree and two years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with appropriate licensure.
• Knowledge base for mental illness, diagnosis and behavioral disorders.
• Two years relevant experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smartphones and tablets, printers, fax machines and software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform family facilitation, mediation, or conflict resolution.
• Strengths-based assessment and planning.
• Communication and relate to diverse groups and manage interpersonal conflict.
• Perform all duties in accordance with personnel policies and fiscal guidelines.

Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Program Director, this position provides the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks related to family facilitation, mediation, conflict resolution, assessment, and planning. CSED staff have training in but are not limited to: Trauma-Focused CBT, CANS, and CAPS certified, facilitation and team building, Wraparound Model, System of Care “Ladder of Learning”, family engagement, specialized training to meet the needs of the wraparound population, and 10 Key Principles of Wraparound. This position covers Jackson, Roane, Wirt, and Calhoun counties.

Salary: $42,000 annually

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.

• Must be able to collaborate closely with a team of family members and professionals to develop and implement individual plans of care.
