Job summary

You’ll use data-driven insights to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with commercial, logistics, and customer service teams, driving process improvements and leading projects with LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies; a community of Co-Ops

Qualifications

• Pursuing BA/BS in a related field such as supply chain or engineering.
• Proficient in Excel including V-Lookups, PivotTables and macros.
• Familiar with SAP; experience with data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to think strategically.
• Demonstrated leadership or project management experience; prior co-op/internship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements; lead at least one high-impact project using LEAN/Six Sigma.
• Manage relationships with targeted customers/internal partners to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Generate reports and dashboards (weekly supply chain reports; KPI tracking) using Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
• Collaborate on business process improvements aligned with 2026 objectives.
• Facilitate communication by distributing reports, leading meetings, and supporting local team activities.
