Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a CSCO Co-Op in the United States with a focus on Customer Service and Channel Operations. You will support cross-functional teams in Customer Support, Reverse Distribution, Revenue Reconciliation, and Systems Operations, driving data-driven improvements and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with commercial, logistics, and customer service teams, lead process improvements, and participate in events and community-building activities with other Co-Ops.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros), PowerPoint, Word.
• Familiarity with SAP; data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; leadership or PM experience a plus.
• Previous co-op/internship experience is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and apply LEAN/Six Sigma to pharmaceutical processes.
• Manage relationships with customers/internal partners; develop and monitor supply chain initiatives.
• Generate reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel) to inform decisions; KPI tracking.
• Collaborate on process improvements aligned with 2026 strategic objectives.
• Distribute reports, run meetings, and support local team activities.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service and Channel Operations (CSCO) Co-Op you will support Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine CSCO organization, with a focus on supporting all departmental functional work groups, including but not limited to: Customer Support Services, Reverse Distribution, Revenue Reconciliation, and Systems Operations. You'll leverage data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer and patient outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with teams across commercial, logistics, and customer service functions, and play a critical role in process improvement, strategic analytics, and project leadership.

As a Johnson & Johnson Co-Op you will also have opportunities to build a community with other Co-Ops through events, trainings, networking, and community outreach.

Core Responsibilities:

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements using advanced Excel skills. Lead at least one high-impact project utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize pharmaceutical processes.
• Manage relationships with targeted customers and/or internal partners, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain initiatives to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
• Generate detailed reports and dashboards to inform decision-making, including weekly pharmaceutical supply chain reports, ad hoc analytics, and KPI tracking using Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on business process improvements and projects aligned with strategic objectives for 2026.
• Facilitate proactive communication by distributing reports, leading meetings, and supporting local team activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros), PowerPoint, Word.
• Familiarity with supply chain management systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience with Data Analytics and Visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a development-focused attitude and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Proven leadership or project management experience (preferred).
• Previous co-op or internship experience is a plus.

This position follows a hybrid work set-up. A one-time housing stipend is available, if needed.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$23.50/hr to $52.50/hr

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.50 per hour and $52.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
