Job summary

Summit School Services in Newtown, PA seeks an experienced CSC Manager to lead our regional customer service center. You will translate corporate goals into an actionable operating plan, supervise a diverse team, and partner with district clients to ensure safe, reliable transportation services.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, controlling budgets, and driving revenue growth while maintaining a culture of safety and ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field or 10-12 years of comparable experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience with P&L oversight.
• Must be able to travel up to 10%. Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers overall performance and results for the CSC.
• Collaborates with company leaders to align with business goals and create a CSC operating plan.
• Ensures the CSC is customer-centric and builds partnerships.
• Directs staff including Operations Supervisor, Dispatcher, Router, Office Administrator, Driver Maintenance, Charter Coordinator and Safety Supervisor to perform independently.
• Builds company image by collaborating with customers and community organizations while maintaining ethics.
• Creates a culture of safety and high-quality service.
• Meets with school district administrators to review service quality and performance.
• Assists in sales process with Marketing & Sales to pursue new business.
• Identifies safety issues and takes corrective action; other duties as assigned.
