Job summary

Summit School Services seeks a skilled CSC leader to drive performance across multiple centers. You will collaborate with regional teams to develop operating plans that align with corporate goals and ensure high safety and service standards for customers and passengers.

You will guide staff, manage budgets, and grow revenues while upholding ethical practices and strong community partnerships. Candidates with P&L oversight and bilingual abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience with P&L oversight.
• Track record of meeting service delivery and safety expectations.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus for diverse customers.
• Knowledge of contract administration and customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with leadership and management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Delivers overall performance and results for the CSC.
• Collaborates with leaders to align CSC plans with business goals.
• Builds a customer-centric team and strong partnerships.
• Reviews budgets and develops annual operating plans.
• Develops short/long-range business plans to grow revenue and margins.
• Directs and coaches CSC staff to operate independently.
• Maintains company image through customer and community engagement.
• Ensures a culture of safety and high service quality.
• Meets with school district admins to review service quality.
• Supports sales processes with data and regional teams.
• Upholds ethical practices and reports concerns to supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field

MBA preferred

3+ years supervisory experience
