Truist Financial Corporation invites students to join the CSBB Summer Internship Program in Charlotte, NC. This 10-week immersive program places interns in Consumer & Small Business Banking across multiple units, with a 39.5-hour workweek and hands-on learning from senior leaders.

Interns gain exposure to the financial services industry, develop leadership and analytical skills, and contribute to real business priorities while building a professional network.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Data Science, Technology, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership through work, campus, or community involvement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Interest in financial services and banking.
• Ability to work in Charlotte, NC for the duration of the internship program.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the financial services industry and Truist’s CSBB business.
• Build skills in leadership, communication, analytics, project management, and problem-solving.
• Connect with leaders, mentors, and fellow interns across Truist.
• Participate in development experiences designed to strengthen business acumen and professional growth.
• Contribute to real business priorities and strategic initiatives while applying concepts and skills learned through training, development, and hands-on experience.
