Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a CSA Quality Manager in Corpus Christi, TX, to lead QA/QC efforts on industrial construction projects. You will drive field quality issue communication, ensure contractor ITP alignment, and lead quality audits across on-site and fabrication facilities.

The role requires a decade of experience, strong communication, and proficiency with engineering documentation. You will oversee NCRs, assist in turnover package development, and help ensure conformance with project specs while

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Industrial Construction QA/QC
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to read/understand engineering specs, documents, drawings
• Proficiency with Office 365 platforms
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Forward thinking and willingness to learn best practices

Responsibilities

• Communicate field quality issues to appropriate stakeholders
• Ensure contractor quality plans and ITPs are in place and compliant
• Lead contractor quality audits on-site and in fabrication facilities
• Oversee ITPs and Test Packs so forms are understood and completed timely
• Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements
• Provide on-site inspection of materials upon receipt and before installation
• Capture Nonconformities in NCRs and ensure corrective actions are implemented
