Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a CSA Quality Manager for Corpus Christi, TX to lead site QA/QC on industrial construction projects. You will drive contractor quality plans, audits, and timely Test Packs to ensure site compliance and successful turnover.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Industrial Construction with QA/QC.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to read and understand engineering specifications, documents, and drawings.
• Proficiency in Office 365 platforms such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Forward thinking and eager to learn best practices.

Responsibilities

• Communicating field quality issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Leading contractor quality audits on‑site and in fabrication facilities.
• Ensuring ITPs and inspection/test forms are understood and completed on time.
• Assisting in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements.
• Providing on‑site assistance, monitoring and visually inspecting materials.
• Capturing nonconformities in NCRs and approving corrective actions.
