i-Pharm GxP is seeking a CSA Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of civil, structural, and architectural scopes on a laboratory construction program in Indiana. The role requires managing budgets, schedules, and client turnover while coordinating with MEP, commissioning, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction management with 3–5 years leading CSA scopes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience managing multi‑million CSA bids, contracts, budgets, and master schedules.
• Knowledge of structural systems, building envelope, and high-spec finishes.
• Strong commercial acumen with change management, RFIs, submittals, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee CSA packages (earthworks to finishes).
• Manage subcontractor performance, scope, changes, procurement, and progress billings.
• Own CSA critical path schedule and align milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Collaborate with field teams to enforce EHS standards and quality.
• Drive turnover strategy and documentation.
• Anticipate risks and implement cost/schedule recovery plans.
