Job summary

DataX Connect is seeking an experienced CSA Lead – Civil, Structural & Architectural to oversee the civil, structural and architectural construction scopes on a major data center project in Lubbock, TX. This hands-on role requires boots-on-the-ground leadership of the General Contractor and subcontractors to drive programme, quality and delivery.

You will coordinate across disciplines, review technical documentation, monitor progress and lead on-site problem solving to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Significant CSA construction experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical, Industrial, Power or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of Civil, Structural and Architectural construction.
• Experience managing General Contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience with construction scheduling and project controls.
• Ability to interpret Civil, Structural and Architectural drawings and specs.
• Proven field construction leadership with onsite issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural scopes across the project.
• Provide day-to-day field oversight of the General Contractor and subcontractors.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence and monitor activities.
• Monitor progress, quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate CSA works with MEP and other disciplines.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs and technical documentation.
• Track schedules and contractor progress against milestones.
• Identify constructability issues and coordinate solutions.
• Participate in site walks, contractor meetings and progress reviews.
• Report on progress, risks and contractor performance.
