Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced CSA Estimator to support a high-profile client's large-scale, multi-building data center campus programs. The role focuses on developing civil, structural, and architectural estimates and supporting project teams throughout planning, design, and preconstruction.

This position requires strong estimating skills, the ability to work in fast-paced environments, and experience with large capital construction projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management or estimation.
• Experience supporting large-scale data center or capital construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design across geographies.
• Prepare milestone cost updates and communicate basis of estimate and risks.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and ensure alignment between scope, drawings/models and estimates.
• Support program-level estimating by analyzing cost data across projects and campuses.
• Review contractor pricing, bids, pay apps, and change orders; support analyses and recommendations.
• Contribute to benchmarking, cost modeling, and life-cycle cost analyses.
