Job summary

PSECU Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union is seeking a full-time team member for a role involving the review of credit reports, loan application processing, and member communications. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience, with responsibilities that include interacting with dealers, managing lien details, and auditing loan portfolios.

Work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, based at the office in Pennsylvania. We invite motivated individuals to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct credit reports.
• Open and sort mail.
• Interact with dealers and other agencies.
• Perfect lien information on vehicle titles:
  • Send title notices.
  • Process state forms for Pennsylvania and other states.
  • Work with third‑party loan and title servicing companies.
  • Process title corrections and changes.
• Release PSECU’s interest in vehicles and process out‑of‑state lien release documents.
• Process approved loan applications and disburse funds for new consumer loans.
• Qualify vehicles for market value.
• Review incoming AutoDrafts for acceptance.
• Order supplies.
• Answer member calls, respond to emails and chats, and perform account corrections.
• Audit loan portfolio, research missing titles, and prepare state‑issued forms.
• Record paper title information and manage lien details—including releases, secure agreements, duplicate title orders, and expiry extensions.
• Communicate with entities to acquire necessary information, assist management with new loan product testing, and sort/distribute mail.
• Withdraw funds for lien and title fees; handle checks for insurance repairs, warranty refunds, and GAP claims.
• Explain credit union loan services; provide letters of no interest; answer member phone calls and emails; make outbound calls and emails; coordinate title‑change documents.
• Handle insurance and lease documents for total loss and leasing transactions.
• Secure collateral, process loan disbursements, maintain loans post‑disbursement, recast payments, manage loan moves, enforce loan policies, and support members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule

9:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday–Friday, full time in office.
