Job summary

Origami Risk is seeking a Lead, Client Success Strategy & Programs to act as the operational backbone for CS and TAM organizations. The role owns platforms, reporting infrastructure, client journey frameworks, and strategic programs to deliver measurable value.

Starting base pay ranges from $128,000 to $160,000 with eligibility for a bonus and a broad benefits package including medical, dental, vision, wellness, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match. Flexible time off policy applies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CS Strategy & Programs, CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related SaaS function.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including SOPs and workflow design.
• Experience with CS platforms such as Planhat, Gainsight, or ChurnZero.
• Data literacy with dashboards in Salesforce, Planhat, or BI tools.
• Structured project management experience (PMP, Scrum, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce Operations & Evolution, including SOPs and roadmap for configuration.
• Lead CS Platform Administration with Planhat and data integrity.
• Design and operate CS reporting dashboards for individual and executive views.
• Oversee Client Journey Orchestration and ensure consistent lifecycle delivery.
• Manage Client Portal & Community coordination and engagement strategy.
• Lead Client Satisfaction & Feedback programs and translate insights into action.
• Coordinate Elevate conference planning and execution.
• Oversee CS Tech Stack and knowledge management, including runbooks and playbooks.
• Identify AI opportunities to enhance client experience and translate into initiatives.
