Job summary

Origami Risk is seeking a Lead, Client Success Strategy & Programs to serve as the operational backbone of CS and TAM, owning systems, platforms, and programs that enable teams to deliver exceptional client experiences at scale.

The role guides Salesforce, Planhat, and reporting dashboards, driving client journey orchestration, analytics, and community initiatives while partnering with product, engineering, and marketing to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in CS Strategy & Programs, CS Operations, Revenue Operations, or related SaaS function.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including SOPs and workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Develops, documents, and maintains SOPs for day-to-day Salesforce use across the CS team.
• Owns the roadmap for evolving Salesforce configuration to support CS workflows, reporting, and data integrity.
• Manages Planhat as CS platform of record and drives platform enhancements.
• Designs CS dashboards in Planhat, Salesforce, and BI tools for varied audiences.
• Owns client journey framework documentation and ongoing improvement.
