Job summary

Ouzinkie Native Corporation seeks an experienced instructional design specialist to supportIMI and CBT development for naval training. You will ensure CT terminology, doctrine and systems are accurately represented, and act as content expert across all development stages.

Hybrid work includes Navy-focused curriculum adaptation and collaboration with design teams to produce effective training media. Required Navy CT training background, A/C schools, 15 years’ active service, and ability to

Qualifications

• Completed Navy CT A and C schools.
• 15 years of active-duty Navy CT experience.
• Instructing Navy courses and curriculum development.
• CT subject matter: radar operations and intelligence collection protocols.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the content expert for curriculum development efforts in all stages of IMI and CBT development to ensure technically accurate results.
• Apply CT subject matter expertise to ensure the instructional system design efforts accurately reflect CT terminology, doctrine and systems.
• Support the design team with the effective formulation of graphics and computer-based training technology
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
