Katmai Government Services is seeking an experienced CT curriculum specialist to support IMI/CBT design, development, and delivery. You will act as the content expert and ensure instructional products reflect Navy CT terminology, doctrine, and systems across multiple training environments.
The role requires Navy CT schooling, 15 years of active-duty CT experience, and the ability to develop comprehensive training materials. A Secret clearance is typically required and occasional travel may occur.
Support the design, development, and delivery of Interactive Multi-Media Instruction (IMI) and Computer Based Training (CBT). Products include training media in multi-media, virtual, game-based, and distributive training environments. Establish methodologies, processes, and working group interactions in all stages of IMI and CBT development to ensure technically accurate results.

Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
Potential for travel. When required, employee will need to complete an MVR check.
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver's license and be insurable on the company's automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
Work is performed in a hybrid setting. Employee will work remotely and in an office setting. Employee will be exposed to a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing; occasional walking or standing, occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Pay: $110,000 - $118,000
