Job summary

BTS is seeking a Cryptologic Cyber Planner to perform operational planning in support of customer requirements. The position is primarily located in Annapolis Junction, MD, but may involve other locations. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have relevant experience, with a pay range of $95,000 to $248,000 dependent on qualifications and experience.

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Cryptologic Cyber Planner to perform operational planning in support of customer requirements.

Location

Primary: Annapolis Junction, MD

Secondary: Augusta, GA, San Antonio, TX, Oahu, HI and various locations

Clearance Requirement

TS/SCI with Poly

Skills And Experience

• Must be familiar and have experience with DoD and IC strategic and/or operational level planning
• Needs to know how to navigate external engagements and joint operations
• Comfortable participating in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments and external customer support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams

Degree Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Education And Experience

Entry level positions require a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Higher positions require up to and including a high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 11 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree and 9 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range

$95,000-$248,000. The pay range is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Compensation is based on various factors including role responsibilities, education, experience, and competencies.
