Job summary

Cryptologic Cyber Planner

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Cryptologic Cyber Planner to operational planning in support of customer requirements. Primary location: Annapolis Junction, MD. Secondary locations: Augusta, GA, San Antonio, TX, Oahu, HI and various locations.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Poly.

Skills and Experience You'll Bring:

• Must be familiar and have experience with DoD and IC strategic and/or operational level planning.
• Needs to know how to navigate external engagements and joint operations.
• Comfortable participating in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field assignments and external customer support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

Degree Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Education and Experience:

Entry level positions require: high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience; or Associate's degree plus 4 years; or Bachelor's degree and 2 years. Higher positions require up to 15 years of relevant experience for high school/GED, 13 years for Associate, 11 years for Bachelor's, or Master's and 9 years.

Pay Range:

$95,000-$248,000. The BTS pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Our approach to crafting offers considers various factors to establish an equitable and competitive compensation package.
