Role: The position involves leading the development and execution of quantum security offerings, including defining go-to-market strategies, building client relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering compelling business cases.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum eight years of experience with Post-Quantum Cryptography standards (CNSA 2.0, NIST) at the enterprise level.
• Degree from an accredited institution; Master’s preferred, Bachelor's required.
• Proven ability to build consulting offerings, manage P&L, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience negotiating partnerships with vendors like Google and IBM.
• Strong understanding of global quantum security regulations and ability to communicate complex concepts to C-suite audiences.
• Experience in crafting go-to-market strategies and building practice visibility.
• Travel flexibility, with authorization to work without sponsorship.
