Job summary

ManpowerGroup’s client seeks a Cryptography Engineer in a hybrid role based in Chandler, AZ (remote options possible). The contract spans 12 months with potential extension, 70–72 USD per hour W2, with on-site and work-from-home days.

The engineer will drive cryptographic initiatives, PKI projects, and security architecture. The role requires strong expertise in enterprise cryptography, PKI lifecycle, and proof-of-concept delivery, contributing to secure, scalable solutions for post-quantum

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise cryptography and cryptographic asset management.
• Knowledge of PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and trust services.
• Familiarity with key management systems and hardware security modules (HSMs).
• Experience with cryptographic inventory and discovery platforms.
• Proven ability to execute proof-of-concept and pilot projects, including post-quantum cryptography migration planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in cryptographic discovery, PKI, certificate management, and key management systems.
• Support vendor evaluation activities, technical assessments, and PoC execution for cryptography solutions.
• Design, build, and execute PoC and pilot environments for shortlisted vendors.
• Validate cryptographic discovery coverage across certificates, keys, protocols, and related assets.
• Produce technical findings, architecture recommendations, and implementation plans for leadership review.
