Job summary

BNY is seeking a Cryptography Engineer to join its Cybersecurity team in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on implementing cryptography, KMS, HSM solutions, and moving toward Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include building cryptographic asset management platforms, architecture development, and responding to audits and regulators. A CISSP and 5+ years of experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years of experience installing and supporting cryptographic solutions.
• Experience with HSMs, KMS, and cryptographic algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support cryptography and KMS solutions across the enterprise.
• Build and support a Cryptographic Asset Management Platform for PQC.
• Collaborate with teams to define cryptography use cases and key management.
• Develop architecture, procedures, and knowledge articles; respond to audits.
