Job summary

Mondrian Alpha is seeking a Trade Support / Middle Office professional in Chicago to support the expanding Digital Assets trading business. This front-office role covers the full trade lifecycle across cryptoassets and derivatives, including trade capture, clearing, and daily P&L, with strong interaction with traders and engineers.

You will focus on automation, improving workflows, and ownership of projects. Candidates with futures/options experience and Python/Linux skills will be well suited.

Qualifications

• Experience in crypto assets and derivatives trading operations.
• Strong technical aptitude with a focus on automation.
• Futures and options knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full trade lifecycle for cryptoassets and derivatives.
