Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Crypto & Technology Transactions Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 50 firm in Dallas.
This is an exciting opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated matters involving digital assets, blockchain technology, fintech, emerging technologies, and complex commercial technology transactions.
Ideal Background
- 2–6 years of technology transactions, digital assets, fintech, corporate, or related transactional experience
- Experience advising clients on cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, fintech, or other emerging technology matters
- Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated technology, licensing, SaaS, cloud services, data, development, and commercial agreements
- Experience supporting corporate transactions involving technology companies, digital assets, intellectual property, or emerging technologies
- Experience advising startups, technology companies, financial institutions, investors, or other sophisticated clients
- Familiarity with the evolving regulatory and commercial landscape surrounding digital assets and blockchain technologies is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters in a fast-paced environment
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
