Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York, Los Angeles, or Dallas seeks an experienced associate to join the Technology & Outsourcing practice. You will lead complex technology transactions with a focus on blockchain and crypto matters, drafting and negotiating technology transaction agreements, and collaborating across teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, a JD, and bar admission, with the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain and crypto matters.
• Experience with commercial, IP, and risk issues in tech deals.
