Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Cryptocurrency & Technology Transactions group. The role focuses on structuring and negotiating technology and commercial agreements for blockchain and digital asset clients.

You will advise on licenses, platform agreements, and risk management, collaborating with founders, investors, and in-house teams across multiple jurisdictions. Hybrid work model with locations in Dallas, LA, Chicago, and New York.

Competenze

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–5 years of technology transactions and commercial contracting experience.
• Experience advising technology, fintech, blockchain, or digital asset companies.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks and compliance.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with sound judgment.

Mansioni

• Structure, negotiate, and document complex technology and commercial transactions involving blockchain and cryptocurrency businesses.
• Advise clients on technology licensing, platform agreements, SaaS arrangements, and commercial contracts.
• Counsel digital asset and blockchain companies on legal, regulatory, intellectual property, and risk management considerations.
• Support product development and launches of technology platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across corporate, regulatory, IP, tax, finance, and litigation.
• Work with founders, executives, investors, and in-house teams on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor developments in crypto, blockchain, fintech, and regulation to provide proactive client guidance.
