Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Cryptocurrency and Technology Transactions in a hybrid role across Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. The candidate will handle sophisticated commercial transactions, advise fintech and blockchain clients, and work with market leaders in a fast-paced legal team.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar status, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and strong drafting and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.
• Strong background advising technology, fintech, blockchain, or digital asset companies.
• Familiarity with commercial, intellectual property, data rights, and risk allocation issues.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and document complex technology and commercial transactions involving blockchain and cryptocurrency businesses.
• Advise clients on technology licensing, platform agreements, SaaS arrangements, commercial contracts, and strategic partnerships.
• Counsel digital asset and blockchain companies on legal, regulatory, intellectual property, and risk management considerations.
• Support clients through the development and launch of innovative products and technology platforms.
• Analyze transaction structures and identify practical solutions to complex business and legal challenges.
• Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, regulatory, intellectual property, tax, finance, and litigation practices.
• Work directly with founders, executives, investors, and in-house legal teams on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor developments in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, and technology regulation to provide proactive client guidance.
