You will advise on licensing, platform agreements, SaaS, IP, and risk management, collaborating with market leaders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong drafting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction.
• 2–5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.
• Experience advising technology, fintech, blockchain, or digital asset companies.
• Working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and document complex technology and commercial transactions.
• Advise on licensing, platform agreements, SaaS, and contracts.
• Counsel on legal, regulatory, IP, and risk management for digital assets.
• Support development and launch of innovative products and platforms.
• Analyze transaction structures and provide practical solutions.
• Collaborate with corporate, regulatory, IP, tax, finance, and litigation teams.
• Work with founders, executives, investors, and in-house teams on initiatives.
• Monitor cryptocurrency and blockchain regulatory developments to guide clients.
