The candidate will collaborate with market leaders, manage complex contracts, and provide practical, business-minded legal advice in a fast-paced AmLaw 25 environment.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and document complex technology and commercial transactions involving blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Advise clients on technology licensing, platform agreements, SaaS arrangements, and commercial contracts.
• Counsel digital asset and blockchain companies on legal, regulatory, IP, and risk management considerations.
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams to support strategic initiatives.
