Ashford Connex, LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Technology Transactions & Digital Assets Practice Group in a hybrid role across multiple U.S. locations.

You will handle sophisticated blockchain and crypto transactions, advise on licensing, platform agreements, and regulatory considerations, partnering with market leaders. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in tech transactions, JD from a top-tier law school, and active bar admission.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active bar admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting (preferably at a law firm).
• Background advising technology, fintech, blockchain, or digital asset companies.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and document complex technology and commercial transactions involving blockchain and cryptocurrency businesses.
• Advise on technology licensing, platform agreements, SaaS arrangements, and commercial contracts.
