Job summary

Socure is seeking a Head of Crypto + Stablecoin Solution Consulting to lead a team serving as the primary technical contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation. You will drive growth, collaboration, and adoption of Socure’s crypto solutions across multiple departments and key accounts.

The role requires owning long-term technical strategy, coordinating resources across functions, and delivering industry-leading solutions in a fast-moving crypto landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or certifications in the domain market are a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, solution design, or product management within similar field.
• Deep understanding of the crypto market regulations and business models.
• Familiarity with risk management solutions, compliance frameworks, and data analytics tools used within the industry.
• Proven track record of building and leading teams to achieve KPIs for solution consulting/engineering selling into crypto & stablecoin markets.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for the Crypto Pod Solution Consulting function.
• Supervise and develop a high-performing team of Solution Consultants.
• Lead After Action Reviews to foster learning and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate instrumentation and adopt standard practices across the team.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and leadership to align on customer implementation and technical needs.
• Structure the crypto pod to support sales and product goals and initiatives.
• Communicate effectively up, down and across to ensure alignment.
• Provide direction and motivation to team members.
• Recruit and retain top talent in collaboration with Socure Leadership.
• Support large strategic accounts and drive long-term technical strategy.
