Job summary

Albert Bow Limited is seeking a hands-on Portfolio Manager to run live crypto portfolios across spot, perpetuals, options, futures on CEX & DEX, owning P&L and intraday position management.

You will collaborate with researchers and engineers to deploy model improvements and low-latency fixes, focusing on risk controls and execution accuracy in a fast-paced, remote-ready environment.

Experience in traditional markets (options, equities, FX) and coding in Python/C++/Rust is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of trading experience with hands-on PM responsibilities.
• Strong background in traditional markets (options, equities, FX).
• Deep understanding of crypto markets (spots, derivatives, perpetual funding).
• Comfortable making live execution and sizing decisions; strong risk management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute live crypto trading portfolios; manage P&L and position sizing.
• Trade across spot, futures, perpetuals, and crypto options; implement hedges in traditional markets when appropriate.
• Adjust strategy parameters and execution in real time; perform intraday risk management and hedging.
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to deploy model improvements and low-latency fixes.
• Monitor performance, run attribution, and iterate on strategy logic.
