Qualifications
- Experience in a professional investment environment (hedge fund, asset manager, family office)
- Experience investing across crypto and digital assets
- Strong knowledge of DeFi protocols and liquid tokens with capital allocation experience
- Fundamental investment mindset, not just systematic trading
- Experience taking ideas from due diligence to valuation, sizing and exit
- Understanding of tokenomics, protocol economics and on-chain fundamentals
- Experience using on-chain data and research tools to inform decisions
- Ability to clearly defend an investment thesis under scrutiny
- Existing investment research or written investment work
Responsibilities
- Source and develop new investment ideas across DeFi protocols and liquid tokens
- Conduct deep fundamental, protocol-level and on-chain research
- Analyze tokenomics, governance and protocol economics
- Build investment theses and valuation frameworks
- Produce clear research and investment memos
- Recommend capital allocation and position sizing
- Monitor investments and reassess theses
- Collaborate with founders and protocol teams
- Contribute to portfolio construction and strategy
