Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Crypto Operations Intern in New York, NY, to help manage critical processes across Trading, Money Movements, Account Servicing, Product Operations, and Risk Management. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure operational readiness and a seamless customer experience.

You will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to tool design, and support product launches while maintaining a data-driven approach and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field with an expected graduation date Winter 2027/Summer 2028.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for different audiences.
• Operational and product-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Interest and passion for crypto, blockchain technology, and emerging financial products.

Responsibilities

• Support critical business functions, such as monitoring order and execution health, blockchain network performance, and liquidity management.
• Handle and troubleshoot complex customer escalations, supporting root-cause analysis and partnering with product teams to prioritize fixes.
• Identify inefficiencies in operational processes, translate operational needs into product requirements, and collaborate with product operations to design scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of internal tools by providing feedback, testing new workflows, and partnering with engineering to ensure tools meet operational needs.
• Support product launches and feature rollouts by ensuring operational readiness and developing clear process documentation.
