Job summary

DRW, a diversified trading firm, seeks an Associate Relationship Manager for Cumberland to manage counterparty relationships and support cross-asset markets in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. You will combine market execution skills with relationship-building to deliver seamless trading experiences in spot and derivatives markets.

Responsibilities include managing electronic platform operations, analyzing flow, supporting product development, and coordinating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in institutional client coverage, sales, or relationship management.
• Knowledge and familiarity of electronic trading systems and workflows. Familiarity with FIX and API protocols.
• Familiarity with vendors, OEMS platforms and trading software.
• Ability to proactively identify issues and address them in a real-time trading environment.
• Passion for crypto and understanding of digital asset market structure.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Basic understanding of options and forward strategies.
• Technical proficiency in Python and Java; Git, SQL, and Linux familiarity is desirable.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills – strong proficiency in PowerPoint.
• English fluency required; additional languages are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of day-to-day counterparty-facing operation of the electronic platform.
• Analyze counterparty flow, hit rates, and platform performance to identify opportunities to improve win rates, revenue capture, and flow quality.
• Gather and disseminate relevant counterparty and market color and feedback.
• Collaborate with development teams to promote future product development.
• Act as primary escalation point for counterparties on electronic trading issues; coordinate with Onboarding, Operations, and Treasury teams for resolution.
• Coordinate with traders and relationship managers in other regions for seamless time-zone transitions and high-quality service.
• Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to develop tailored solutions for counterparty needs – including deck construction and presentation material.
• Generate and share original cross market macro/micro insights (spot and options) - internally and externally.
